Journey Of 3 Entrepreneurs From Nowhere To Everywhere

Hello friends, this is Shreya. Today I'll tell you a story about two brothers and their friend, one of the live examples of Positivity, willpower and self-confidence, the persons behind a very fast-growing garment production brand 'The Shirt shop' originated in Madhya Pradesh. Their story inspires us to follow our own dreams.

Nitin Katiyar, son of a government employee, is a computer science engineer. But in the back of his mind he always wanted to be an entrepreneur. After many thoughts about his career, he decided to do M.B.A.to gather knowledge and understand more about business. But no matter how much knowledge you gather, without capital a business cannot be started. So he took a decision to join any job available at that point in time. But his job life wasn't like other office goers, as in the back of his mind entrepreneurship was the only thing that he could think of.

In the same way Navneet Katiyar, his younger brother ,also an engineering student, always wanted to do something on his own instead of any 9 to 5 job.

As their dreams and needs were getting bigger day by day, they decided to open a retail shop of garments, as their first step towards business. But on the other hand, Nitin couldn't afford to quit his job as he had to bear his own expenses and also save money to grow his business.

After continuing with the retail business for around 7-8 months, they realized that they weren’t getting enough material that they wanted to sell. From this, a different idea triggered in their mind. They thought of starting their own production. They took a decision that many fails to take. They decided to sell their entire retail store bearing all the losses. Nitin quitted his 9 to 5 job and somehow managed to gather enough money to buy few machines to start their production process. This was a point where no power could have stopped them, and the only reason was their courage and faith in themselves. From their production, they also made it easier for small retail shop to do more business without the headache of storing a huge number of stock, with their friendly franchise system.
As the business started to grow Nitin and Navneet needed more help and that is when Navneet's friend Mayank Raghuwanshi, who also had a burning desire towards entrepreneurship, joined their venture. With his public relation and development skills, Mayank provided the business with the required boost. On the other hand, Navneet also played a very important role with his sound knowledge about the market, he provided the business with life it required.

They not only fulfilled their own desires but also helped the society to fight with today's biggest problem, by providing employment to lot of people.

This is how, India's one of the best quality garment production house 'The Shirt Shop' came into existence.

Advice to all the aspiring entrepreneurs:
Hard work always pays off. The thing is weather you are willing to do it or not. An entrepreneur is the one who quits a 40 hours a week job to work for 80 hours. So start your journey and finish what you have started.
